NINA LEMPENAUER

Born in 1992 in Kempten (Allgäu), Germany, Nina Lempenauer is a contemporary artist whose work reflects a deep engagement with the emotional and cultural narratives of her generation. After studying at the University of the Arts Bremen (HFK) and completing her degree in Fine Arts at HFBK Hamburg in 2018 under the tutelage of Anselm Reyle, she has established herself as a distinctive voice in the contemporary art scene.
Her exhibitions span internationally, with works showcased in Germany, Ecuador, and beyond, including significant showcases such as “Queen of the Queens” at Galería OFF Arte Contemporáneo in Cuenca, Ecuador, parallel to the Bienal de Cuenca. Since 2020, Lempenauer has been represented by Samay Latin Art Gallery in the Galápagos Islands, where she currently resides and works.
Her artistic journey transitions from experimental materials questioning stereotypes to a focus on painting, where she explores contemporary themes using innovative techniques, blending the past and present into captivating visual narratives.
